out of date by todays mma standards. but if your a stand up fighter who just wanats to learn basic ground work so you can survive and get back to your feet these dvds are not bad. overall though id hav to say skip it. the stand up portion is good, but there are so many other videos out there that are better. the same goes for the ground portion of the set.
