Mr Lopez is a calm, soft spoken instructor and freely admits he is not a large man but still knows his stuff. Moves are shwon several times.This is not geared towards sports Sambo obviously. Has some lethal moves to it. But good since he mixes it with strikes.A panther oldie but a good one! Whatever happened to this guy?!

This is a great dvd set. Although it's from 1996 the techniques are easy to learn. Mr. Lopez does a great job in explaining and breaking the technique so it can be learned quickly and easily. This will give any grappler an overall edge.

I bought these on VHS back in 96' but these are still a great set! Mr. Lopez is a great well spoken instructor and shows alot of unique moves. great set.
