The tonfa cobra is the latest of inventios in the field of law enforcement weapons. Made of a one piece injected aluminum design, it is very solid. Format:	DVD PALPAL is the standard video format used in Europe and parts of South America. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa.
