This video surprised me, as the passes were not as "extreme" as I thought they would be. The instruction is fine. The video quality isn't totally consistent. Overall, it's solid stuff, with some cool jumping passes.

Only a handfull of passes are demonstrated, and i wouldn't describe them as "extreme". I would expect a Jiu-Jitsu player as well known as Leo Vieira to have a higher quality video.

Great DVD, i recommend getting all 3 dvds, theyre all great together.
