This book is excellent it has everything on top of all the workouts, it shows how to conduct the workout properly, stretching, conditioning, and how to diet. Not too much is mentioned on the diet portion but enough to give you an idea and help you. There is even a workout program set up by Royce Gracie and James Strom themselves. It goes from beginner to intermediate to advanced. For all the knowledge in this book the price is a steal. Highly Recommend

Nicely laid out, with easy to follow instruction. The 3 (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) workout program options will prove very beneficial. So will Royce's stretching program, also included.

This was a good book on many accounts, however I didn't feel that I was learning anything new. I had seen most of these drills before and am capable of putting together my own workouts so I didn't feel this book was that helpful. If you don't know anything about exercising and conditioning then this book will help you out.

its An ok book. mosT of this stuff ive already seen. and i have to question how useful some of it is. sure itll get you in good shape. but i think there are more fight specific drills you could be doing instead. this is why im not a fan of these sports trainers training fighters. they always have you do things that really dont help your fighting skills, or get you FIGHT shape. you wana learn to train to be in shape to fight? go to a fighter who is in great shape. not a personal trainer who never fought a day in his life i dont care what school he went to or what tennis or football or basketball players hes worked with.
