Honestly, I know people love these but they suck!! Even if you fill the bottom with sand it still shakes too much with every strike and doesn't do much for accuracy adn technique at all. Buy a real heavybag if you want something more than an eye-catching gimmick!!

I can see these being of limited use in a self-defense class for non-fighters, but if you practice a combat sport, they're next to worthless. Get a XXL Wavemaster instead if you can't hang a heavy bag from the ceiling in your home (many can't).

Garbage, If your a power kicker you can knock this thing right over, it shakes and sometimes drops down from its height setting. just a piece of junk. If you are a skinny girl up to age 15 you might enjoy this but to all else there are better options out there.
