Since I have no place to put a punching bag in my basement, so thus I was forced to buy a freestanding punching bag . This bag is pretty okay, it's good to punch and kick, but their is a catch. It skoots on the floor which can be very noise and at times be very frustrating. but all in all its not bad to buy if you don't want to spend alot of those other expensive brands

Spend a little more and get the XXL Wavemaster, which is far superior.
