I hate these. I'm sorry but they simply suck as you could fill the bottom with cement (just like the BOB bag) and it will still tip over with the slightest hard strike. Get a real bag and you will get more for your $$.

I have to disagree with the previous review. Though certainly not as good as a traditional heavy bag, this is a decent substitute for those of us who can't hang one from the ceiling. I filled the base with some 240 lbs. of sand and it will not tip over, even with the hardest push kicks and flying knees (I'm 180 lbs. and know how to strike). Sure, it moves around a bit, but that's no big deal.
Main downside is the foam, which could be denser. Sometimes a hard knee will go all the way to the hard plastic core and I'll end up with a minor bone bruise. Still, vastly superior to the (for me worthless) regular Wavemaster by Century.
