ok at the time belfort had "the best hands in mma". he wasnt being trained by ibarra. his boxing coach was al stanky. not to brag but i know this because i was there. i just cant learn from a guy who throws his punches from the elbow. meaning he lifts his elbows when he throws his punches making then easier to block because they come from the side not strait. he made his name on his awesome hand speed. not boxing skill.
