not bad. but no reason to buy this. belfort is just not a guy who you go to to learn leglocks on dvd. when there are so many other GREAT leg lock instructors you can learn from on dvd! what is with belfort lifting his elbow every time he throws a punch on the the focus mitts on the intro video? no one every told him to not lift his elbow because it causes your punch to come from the side instead of going straight?! ya... i might just skip his boxing vids too.
