Something that all two-year wrestlers should already know. Definately not advanced like the title reads. Maybe if you don't have an instructor and you are just starting, this might be a good video. Otherwise, don't waste your money. The only redeaming quality is that it gives you the idea that a person can have your back and you can still fight. However, the moves shown aren't too effective in submission fighting, because they are taught with a folkstyle/freestyle wrestling approach and he doesn't explain how to adapt it to submission grappling or MMA.
