Although this is titled advanced submissions, most of the submissions were rather basic. The advanced portion was more about detailing how to turn all your submissions into high percentage tap outs. Fixing your ground game so you aren't trying to tap people out with sloppy ineffective technique. Very important stuff.

Definately not advanced like the title reads. Maybe if you don't have an instructor and you are just starting, this might be a good video. Otherwise, don't waste your money.
