Another great DVD. They break each section down and show it multiple times, but he usually shows it at normal speed so I had to use slow motion on my dvd player to really learn the whole form. But, I highly recommend this DVD. It's the best one I've found on traditional wooden dummy training so far. The best part is, he shows everything done on the dummy, with a partner so you have a very real understanding of the dummy applications.
