Every fight has slow-mo's and Bas will talk again about how he exactly set things up. This DVD set is not only fun to watch, but also very educational!

A must for all Bas Rutten fans. Tons of action!!!!

If you know Bas only from his association with the IFL, and wondered why he’s spoken of and to so highly, you need to watch these DVDs. You’ll see the early roots of today’s MMA and the creation of an Icon. A plus is the audio option, Bas narrate his own fights. He doesn’t wax poetic, but tells it like he saw it including his losses (4). With 28 wins that Bas had, only five fights went to a decision, 7 fights he won under 2 minutes, 2 fights under 3 minutes, 3 under 4 minutes and 3 under 5 minutes . Plus he went undefeated in his last 22 fights. The only sad thing is his last two fights in the UFC aren’t shown in their entirety. Nonetheless this is great watching.
