It is difficult, how to rate, is it for experienced athlete(2 star) or beginner(5 star).Like every review, it is audience dependant.
Classic med ball plyometric exercises, so if someone has good experiences with it, probably nothing new here, also some very good plyometric exercises are missing. Presentation is very good, and for beginner the value is 5 star. But take care that 90% of the exercises presented need a partner to do it. The DVD title should be "Medicine ball upper body plyometrics"
