The first item is a film documentary on Saito Sensei produced in 1974 by Dyanna Taylor on the occasion of his first overseas tour to California. He was 46 years old and in his prime. Saito Sensei made a lasting impression for his technical and teaching skills and was invited back many times.

The second bonus program presents in its entirety the sword demonstration of Saito Sensei from the 1989 All-Japan Aikido Demonstration held at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo.
