In this book, Mark Hatmaker teaches "submission chains", or how to flow from one hold to another, based on your opponent's reactions. Included are guillotine choke counters, submissions from the top, neumerous armlocks, and several leglocks, chokes, and neck cranks. I recomend it to those with some submission experience.

A decent book for beginners, with lots of very basic submissions, but if you are looking to go deep into your submission game, go elsewhere. Some of these submissions are too simple and can easily be avoided, therefore ineffective.
