Great approach to reality! Good Book!

This book may be the best bang for your buck, as far as submission grappling goes. Topics include stance, movement, takedowns, takedown defense, possitions, escapes, and submission holds. The holds range from the ever-common arm-bar from guard, to seldom seen holds like the hangman's drop neck crank. Highly recomended, especially for beginners.
