Great DVD! Randy is an awesome teacher and very knowledgable. The only bad thing I can say about this DVD is he goes kinda fast. They break each section down and show it multiple times at different angles, but he usually shows it at normal speed so I had to use slow motion on my dvd player to really learn the whole form. But, I highly recommend this DVD. It's the best one I've found on traditional wooden dummy training so far aside from the Dummy DVD by Sifu Chow! Check 'em both out!
