This material is simply excellent, just as I have rated it. It's not for beginners, it's for those who want to improve their kenjutsu skills no matter what style you practice. Though in japanese only the techniques are amazing and for a advanced student is easily understandable. Of course there is more but it's a good step forward. Especially the 2 or 3 man attacks. This is genuine kenjutsu!
