Seigo Okamoto is one of Kodo Horikawa's best students. Horikawa learned directly from Sokaku Takeda and was granted Menkyo Kaiden (complete mastery). After Hoirikawa's passing, Okamoto started his own group called Roppokai, wherein he continues to teach the techniques passed down from his teacher.
