When compared to Moni Aizik's Krav Maga DVD's, these are just so.... unimpressive. I really doubted all the hype that Krav Maga was a serious self defense art when I watched this. Skip this one and go for anything by Moni or Kanarek!

Pretty good at explaining the basic principles of Krav Maga, including edged weapons defense and gun defense. Better stuff is out there, but this is a good start.

Very complete to basic and intermediate self defense practitioner. Ease to understand, all techniques are very well explained step by step. This video is a Very good work.
