Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. This video is terrific. Even though I cannot speak Japanese, Hirata Sensei's description and detail showing the technique and crystal clear. This video was produced shortly before Hirata Sensei passed away.
