This is an execellent collection taken from the research of Stanley Pranin for his AikiNews magazine. Filled with the original interviews of those practitioners still living who were most important to establishing art it giving unique insight into this often misunderstood art which contributed in some way to the curriculum of arts such as aikido, hapkido, hakkoryu and shorinji kempo.

this is a good book to have in your library. It has many interviews, stories of transmission so to speak of some pretty far out masters in the field. As a Tai Ji Quan practitioner I found this very interesting, and at times even helpful.
