This is one of the most in-depth Wing Chun Series I've ever owned. Not only does Master Fong show you the form, but he shows you all the single man, two man, applications, and training drills that should be practiced and learned with each form. There are literally hundreds of techniques and combinations in this series, as well as Iron Palm, Meditation, Sparring, and more! This could very easily be the only Wing Chun set you'd ever need to mastering the art!
