NO I MEAN I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF LEG LOCK DVDS! and this is my favorite! this is where to start learning leg locks if your going to learn leg locks from a dvd. it giveS you all your basic leg locks. after you learn this stuff you will probably be ready for other great leg lock videos like erik paulsons "killer leg lock" set.
