Fair video. Demostrates some of the basic techiniques well.

This is a nice collection of basic jo techniques and exercises. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for anyone interested in the jo. The number of techniques are somewhat few, but plenty for the novice to work on to establish some solid basics.

The demonstration was good. The location where the filmed is too small so they only took a few steps for each piece. Changing the camera angle and emphasizing the footwork would have helped.
