Cung Le—Kickboxing champion, MMA champion, and undefeated San Shou World Champion—has proven himself an elite fighter. After a highly successful wrestling career, he turned his sights to San Shou (or Sanda)—a Chinese-based full contact sport that utilizes punch-kick combinations and allows takedowns and throws. With his brilliant kickboxing and wrestling skill set, it didn't take Le long to excel at San Shou. Utilizing spectacular kicks and earth shattering throws, Le dazzled the masses. About the Author
Forced to flee Saigon as a young boy, Cung Le ended up in San Jose, California where he began studying the martial arts. Over the next twenty years, he claimed three world championship kickboxing titles, won three US Open International Martial Arts Championships, and became a three-time captain of United States Wushu Team. Cung Le still lives in San Jose and teaches out of his world-famous martial arts training center.
