The Ittoryu style is famous for being the one adapted by the Shogun, and its move can be seen as one of the principles of Japanese sword fighting. The Kuden of the 17th head of the Ono-Ha Ittoryu, Junzo Sasamori, have been put into easily understandable lessons by his son, Takemi Sasamori, the current grand-master.
