Founder of Yoshinkan Aikido, Gozo Shioda presents the 2nd volume in his "Essence of Kyoku Ryoku (Breath Power)" DVD series. Shioda is most well known for his strong techniques based on basic movements however in his later years, his techniques became very soft and almost imperceptible to the eye. In this series, instruction of these types of techniques are shown.
