Btw:when i watch kettlebell exercises i think.. :&quot;Aaauch my back!!!&quot;.. because i don&#039;t have a good back and it hurts sometimes but not always.I can regularly train on a boxing bag and do powerexercises good.Isn&#039;t kettlebell exercises bad for back injuries when you don&#039;t have a good back?</description>
