Hey man isn’t 16Kg not too much for the first time kettlebell?
Btw:when i watch kettlebell exercises i think.. :”Aaauch my back!!!”.. because i don’t have a good back and it hurts sometimes but not always.I can regularly train on a boxing bag and do powerexercises good.Isn’t kettlebell exercises bad for back injuries when you don’t have a good back?
