    Hey man.. i never trained with a kettllebl and i want to start with it but how many weight has my first kettlebell has to have?I’m a heavyweight fighter of 100Kg.

      Diablo1 at your bodyweight you should start with 16kilos/35lbs.

        Hey man isn’t 16Kg not too much for the first time kettlebell?

        Btw:when i watch kettlebell exercises i think.. :”Aaauch my back!!!”.. because i don’t have a good back and it hurts sometimes but not always.I can regularly train on a boxing bag and do powerexercises good.Isn’t kettlebell exercises bad for back injuries when you don’t have a good back?

      16kg will work, then once you get man strength you can graduate to the 24kg kb
