Very Strong Aikido Kobayashi Ryu with Jacek Wysocki (On Demand)

Jacek Wysocki is a sixth degree Black Belt chief instructor of the Polish Aikido Union. He has more than 2,500 students under his supervision furthermore he is one of the few Caucasians instructors to teach seminars in Japan. He will introduce us to his particular view of Aikido in this highly instructional video, this is an Aikido based on the concept of centerline, special forearms movements called "Meguri" and the use of ken and Jo. We will study Ikkyo, Nikyo and Sankyo; Shiho Nage, Kote Gaeshi, Irimi Nage, Koshi Nage, Ude Kime Nage, Kaiten Nage, Kiri Otoshi, Juji Garami, Ten-Chi Nage, Nikkyo-Irimi, Yoko-Irimi, techniques against more than one adversary "Futari Dori", stick against stick Kumi Jo, Aiki Jo, Kata Jo and Bokken Kumi Tachi.
