The Bujinkan theme for 2009 was Saino Kon Ki which translates as Ability, Spirit and Capacity.
Watch Soke Hatsumi (with bright purple hair) share the Bujinkan art from the posture of naturalness. He starts off this event telling everyone to now throw out the idea of form and techniques and use your natural abilities and nothingness to control everything.
DAY 1 - Taijutsu, Sword - winning without drawing to cut with the blade, Using the natural flow of the encounter to your advantage, Shuko, and Bojutsu.
DAY 2 - Taijutsu, Sword, Shuko and Rope techniques.
DAY 3 - Taijutsu, Multiple attackers, Grab defenses, and the 15th dan speak of the history and old days training with Soke Hatsumi.
The best of all 3 days are shared on ONE DVD and it is almost 4 hours long (231 minutes).
